Usage Data: We collect information about how you interact with the App, including articles you read and collect, your streak data, and category preferences. This data is stored in your account to provide personalized features.

Device Information: We may collect device type, operating system version, and language settings to optimize your experience.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the App's features (article delivery, collection tracking, streak counting)
• To personalize your content experience based on category preferences
• To improve the App's performance and user experience
• To communicate important updates about the App

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored using Google Firebase services, which are protected by industry-standard security measures. We use Firebase Authentication for secure sign-in and Cloud Firestore for data storage.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

• Firebase (Google): Authentication, data storage, and hosting
• Google Sign-In: Authentication provider
• Apple Sign-In: Authentication provider
• Google Gemini AI: Article content generation. All articles in FocusOne are generated using Google's Gemini AI model. No personal user data is sent to the AI model — only topic categories are used as prompts. Generated content is reviewed by automated quality checks before publication.

Each of these services has its own privacy policy governing the use of your information.

5. AI-Generated Content

All educational articles in FocusOne are generated using artificial intelligence (Google Gemini). While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors or inaccuracies. Articles are for educational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional advice. We do not guarantee the factual accuracy of all content.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share anonymized, aggregated data for analytical purposes.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate information
• Delete your account and all associated data at any time through the App's Settings
• Export your data upon request

8. GDPR (European Users)

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all associated data is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days.

FocusOne is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected such information, please contact us immediately.
